Retainer and Investigation Agreements
Submitting an intake form does not establish an investigator-client relationship. A formal relationship is only established upon the execution of a written investigation agreement and the payment of the required retainer. We reserve the right to decline any case request that we deem illegal, unethical, or violating privacy laws.
